INSTRUCTIONS FOR PLACING AN ON-LINE PARENT PACKAGE ORDER

TO RETURN TO THAT PAGE TO FINALIZE YOUR ORDER!

1. Exit this part of the web site and return to the on-line images.  Use either the link provided in a previous email or the one given to you by the Bride. If you navigated to this page from the on-line images,  click the BACK button (as many times as needed) from the previous page.  If you do not have the link, create an email to us and we'll reply with the link. Create that email by CLICKING HERE!

2. While viewing the on-line images, create a list of the images you wish to include in your album by adding them to your on-line FAVORITES folder. You do this by clicking on each image and click on "ADD TO FAVORITES". This FAVORITES folder will be available to you as many times as you LOG IN (from any computer - as many times as you wish) enabling you to add or delete images until you finish.

3. Use the COMPARE feature on the web site to eliminate the duplicates and make your final selections.

4. Include in your FAVORITES exactly the number of images you wish to include in your album package.

5. If there are images from which you would like to order LOOSE prints, create a second folder called LOOSE PRINTS.

6. When you have completed both folders, on the top of the page, click on "SUBMIT FAVORITES".  Please note that the web site does not present a large or conspicuous CONFIRMATION message confirming that the FAVORITES have been sent.  Instead the following small message will appear in blue under the CATEGORY line in the upper left part of the screen just above the thumbnails.  After you have submitted the FAVORITES, it will say: "Favorites Submitted To Photographer" and it will appear in BLUE!

7. Now it's time to indicate which PACKAGE you wish to order by going back to our main web site to the ordering page from which you started.  If you had BOOKMARKED the page earlier, merely return to that page and ignore the rest of this paragraph.  If you had not BOOKMARKED the order page, and you are ordering a TRADITIONAL style album holding all the same size prints, 1 per side, go to http://nr.databack.com/extra2$.htm . If you are ordering a MAGAZINE style album (where multiple sizes and montage designs are created), call us at 513-948-1717.

8. Complete the on-line ORDER FORM and select (from the DROP-DOWN BOX) the exact package you wish to order.  It is very important that you make sure the information you entered is correct, including address, zip code and email address.  All notifications are done by email so it's important that you check your email often.

9. From the next DROP-DOWN BOX, select the option "FAVORITES ALREADY SENT FROM WEB SITE".

10. Into the box titled "INDICATE LOOSE PRINTS HERE", add the quantity, size and image numbers of any prints you would like in addition to the album (LOOSE PRINTS).  Please enter the loose prints as follows: 1-8x10 # 8333, 3-5x7s #8211, 4 billfolds # 8622, etc.  Please check to make sure you have the correct image numbers and the correct quantities.

11. Make other selections as indicated for such things as album color, custom engraving, etc.

12. Click the SUBMIT ORDER button at the bottom to be taken to the "SECURE CREDIT CARD PAGE" for payment.

13. After you complete the credit card page and click SUBMIT, you will receive an email confirming your order.  Please check this email carefully to make sure the order is correct.  The email will include information on delivery.

If you are ordering a package containing 36 prints, add 36 image numbers, etc. Please enter the image numbers the following way , #8344, #8522, #8444, etc.  Please check to make sure you have the correct image numbers and the correct quantity.
